Shelly Musser is the External Program Manager for the Illinois Teen Institute (ITI) and Mid-Level Institute (MLI),  a state and national award-wining substance abuse prevention and leadership development program for high school and middle school youth.

Shelly graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Social Work degree and has worked in the field of prevention for ten years including domestic violence prevention, sexual abuse prevention, and ATOD prevention.
