Booth space in the exhibit area (1 draped 6’ table with 1 chair).
One (1) complimentary full conference registration for the booth representative (includes meals, breaks and workshop attendance).
Advertising on the IADDA web page (if application deadlines are met).
Acknowledgment in the IADDA conference brochure.
Acknowledgement in the IADDA Conference Mobile App (iPhone, iPad, Droid and Blackberry)

Exhibitor Terms and Conditions:

Exhibits will be open Wednesday, September 7 from 7:00am -5:00pm and Thursday, September 8 from 7:00am – 5:15pm. Exhibitors may set-up on Tuesday evening and dismantle after 5:15pm on Thursday.

All exhibit booths will be located on the main floor Atrium, directly in front of the entrance to the main ballroom. All snack breaks will be strategically placed near the exhibit space to maximize your opportunity to connect with conference attendees.

The exhibitor fee does not include conference participation for additional people to staff exhibit. Additional exhibitors who want to attend workshops or participate in the meals must either register for the full conference, individual conference days, or purchase individual meal tickets.

IADDA 2011 Annual Conference Exhibitor and Sponsor Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and requests for refund must be submitted in writing to 937 South Second Street, Springfield, IL 62704. Cancellations received before July 1, 2011 will result in IADDA retaining 25 percentage of the exhibit fee. Cancellations received between July 1 and August 5 will result in IADDA retaining 50 percent of the exhibit fee. No requests for refunds will be granted after August 5, 2011.

IADDA reserves the right to resell sponsorships not paid in full, without notice or refund, after August 5, 2011.

IADDA reserves the right to deny exhibit space to companies that have overdue account balances with IADDA.
